Log time on your timesheet
Fill in your week in a fast grid, edit as you go, and submit for approval — the everyday way to track billable hours.
-
1
Open the Week View
Go to Time & Expenses → Week View. Your active projects are the rows and the seven days are columns, with today's column highlighted.
-
2
Enter hours in a cell
Click any cell to add time for that project and day. Enter hours in decimal — 1.5 means 1 hour 30 minutes — with an optional description and start/end times. Totals tally automatically per project and for the week.
-
3
Edit entries and move between weeks
Click an existing entry to change or delete it. Use Previous / Next to change weeks, or Today to jump back to the current one.
-
4
Prefer a detailed day? Use Day View
Switch to Day View for a card-per-entry layout where you can see and edit full descriptions, customers, and start/end times for a single day.
-
5
Submit for approval
At the end of the week, click Submit for Approval. Your timesheet moves to Pending — still editable until an admin approves it, which locks the entries for billing accuracy.
