Create a document
Write rich-text docs — meeting notes, SOPs, briefs — scoped to your org or a project, with task links, sharing, and PDF export.
-
1
Start a new document
Open Documents and click New Document in the top-right. Documents show as a tile grid, each with a live mini-preview so you can find them at a glance.
-
2
Pick a template or start blank
Choose a ready-made template (meeting notes, SOPs, and more) or Blank Document to start fresh.
-
3
Title it and write
Give the document a title and optionally assign it to a project (organization-level docs are visible to everyone; project docs stay with the project). Then write with the rich-text editor — headings, lists, tables — and type # to link a task by number or title. Click Save when you're done.

Read, share, or export
Open any document to read it, jump around with the table of contents, and switch between Content, Comments, Versions, and Attachments. From the toolbar you can Share a public link (with optional password and expiry), Export PDF, Pin to Dashboard, or Watch it for updates.
