Brainstorm on a whiteboard

An infinite canvas per project — sticky notes, shapes, connectors, and freehand — for planning, diagramming, and workshops.

  1. 1

    Create a whiteboard

Open a project, expand Whiteboards in the sidebar, and click the +. Each project can have as many boards as you like, and your work saves automatically.

  2. 2

    Move around the canvas

Drag empty space to pan and scroll to zoom toward the cursor. Use the minimap (bottom-right) to jump around, Fit to frame everything, and Reset to return to 100%.

  3. 3

    Add notes, shapes, and more

Use the Insert tools: notes, shapes, titled sections, freehand Pen, images, and stamps — or start from a template (Kanban, Mind Map, Retrospective, Flowchart). Double-click empty canvas to drop a new item, and double-click an item to edit its text.

    Connect and arrange

Hover an item to reveal four edge dots, then drag from one to another item to draw a connector that re-routes itself as things move. Select several items to align, distribute, group (Ctrl+G), or change their layering.

    Export or pin it

Use Export to save a PNG or SVG — the whole board, or just your selection. Pin a whiteboard to your dashboard so it's always one click away.
