Does it support real-time collaboration like Miro?

Yes. Whiteboards are real-time multiplayer: everyone on a board sees live cursors with names, watches items move as teammates drag them, and gets every edit instantly — with presence avatars showing who's on the board and colored indicators on items being edited. It's included on every tier, not gated behind a paid plan.

Can I put my actual tasks on the whiteboard?

Yes — and this is the part standalone whiteboards can't do. Click + Task, search your tasks, and drop any of them onto the canvas as a card showing live status, priority, due date, tags, assignees and progress. Because the board and the task tracker are the same application, there is no integration to authorise and no sync to break: reopen the board and every card is current. Double-click a card to open the task; deleting a card never touches the task itself.

Where does the built-in whiteboard win, then?

In being connected. Boards are scoped to a project and live alongside that project's tasks, time, and invoices — close enough that a task can sit on the canvas as a live card. Everywhere else that costs an integration; here it's a search box. And you don't pay a separate per-seat whiteboard bill on top of your other tools.
